Special-purpose fire extinguisher is UL Listed to 711A (residential cooking equipment) and meets NFPA 10. Tested on oils commonly used in kitchen, the proprietary nozzle design minimizes the chance of oil splashing because it gently dispenses in a 5' arc instead of a straight stream like traditional fire extinguishers. Broad, dispersed discharge of agent provides a high-volume, low-velocity delivery of dry chemical. The single-use fire extinguisher contains 2.5 lb. of fire extinguishing agent.
